Chi Running Technique

Chi Running is perhaps the most popular method to learn to run naturally. Chi Running, while focusing on natural running form, also places emphasis on the more esoteric side of running focusing not only on the physical posture of the runner but also on the mental state.

To get the full Chi Running program runners must purchase the book, dvd, or live training, as these materials are copywrited I cannot place them here, however, these youtube videos should prove helpful in giving you an overview.
